When shopping at Rosmunde.com you accept the terms and conditions stated below.

 

RETURNS

Rosemunde offers 30 days return policy on purchases from our web shop valid from the day you receive your purchase. Do you want to make use of the right to return simply fill in the return form and send the package to:

Your purchase must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received for a full refund. You are responsible for any loss of sales value as a consequence of handling the purchase in a way that reduces the sales value. Returns must be returned with hangtag, in original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Defective or damaged items do not have to be returned with its original packaging and hangtag.

The return of goods is at your own expense and responsibility. We recommend that you send back the package with insurance and track and trace.

 

REFUND

We will make refund not later than 14 business days after the day we receive back the package from you. Depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS AND REFUNDS IN TERMS OF OUR PACKAGE OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES. 

Initially, Rosemunde offers partial refunds. This means that if you have bought 5 products and want to return one product but keep the other 4, then you can do this. Delivery costs will only be refunded if all products are returned. The following rules apply to partial refunds at Rosemunde ApS:

 

PACKAGE OFFERS: If you regret a purchase of a package offer, such as "Buy 3 tops, pay for 2", then you cannot return just 1 top. In this case, you must return all 3 styles. If you wish, you may exchange to a different colour. This is, however, only possible if clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We recommend that you contact our Customer Service if you wish to exchange a package offer and they will guide you.

DISCOUNT CODES: If you have made a purchased using a discount code, exchanges of individual products may be available, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of a campaign of a possible order. Though, this depends on how the discount has been deducted from your order. If the discount is deducted from the total amount of the order, this applies to a package offer - where the above mentioned guidelines apply. If the discount is deducted from the individual item number, this is a discount code associated with the individual product. At Rosemunde, we accept returns of products from special offers bought with or without a discount code. 

 

RETURN OF BUY

If you regret your purchase, you must not only refuse to receive the package. In this case, you must clearly give Rosemunde notice on email info (at) rosemunde.dk that you have decided to regret your purchase. If you do not give notice to Rosemunde, you will be charged a fee corresponding to the price that the carrier takes for the return to Rosemunde's warehouse. When you decide to cancel a purchase, you will be refunded the money for the shipment to your address. However, you have to pay for the return to Rosemunde.

Please note that Rosemunde is not obliged to repay the money to customers before Rosemunde has received the customer's notification of cancellation, even though an uncollected item has been returned to the company.

 

DELIVERY TO PARCEL SHOPS & BOXES
If your package is for pickup in a parcel shop, you are responsible for getting it picked up. If you do not get the package within the deadline, the package will usually be returned to Rosemunde's warehouse, and you must pay for the shipment which will be charged through your refund for the goods.

 

CLAIMS

Rosemunde gives a two years warranty for all our items purchased on the Rosemunde web shop. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about items, which have faults and imperfections within two years from date of purchase provided that these are not caused by improper use of the item. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of a claim if the claim is justified.

RISK OF RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

As a customer of Rosemunde, you bear the risk of returning the product yourself. Always send the package back as a business package, as you send to a company and not a private person. Doing so, you will receive a tracking number which can provide evidence for your delivery of the package to Rosemunde.

 

RESERVATIONS

At any misuse Rosemunde reserves the right to cancel orders and/or user accounts. The same applies to pro forma orders/purchase and in cases of harassment.

This website is provided by Rosemunde on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Rosemunde will not be responsible, expressed or implied in regard to use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this website. You agree that use of this website is at your own risk.

 

COMPLAIN

If you as a costumer had a problem with something you´ve bought online and want to complain about it, please contact Online Dispute Resolution http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ which provides information about your options for an alternative dispute resolution procedure of your complaint.

MISSING DELIVERY

If the package is not delivered to you or delivered incorrectly, we have 10 days to find the package. However, a case is also assessed individually, so we may consider that you as a customer must have refund or sent a new package immediately while we wait for the insurance case to be decided. These cases occur very rarely.

Klarna 1. Zahlung per Rechnung und Finanzierung
