International delivery times and costs

We strive to ensure a fast delivery to Germany and Austria. Orders to Germany is shipped with GLS and all other international orders are shipped via DHL and UPS. For all European destinations including Germany and Austria, we aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order and for all international destinations 3-6 working days. FREE SHIPPING when you buy for more than 99 EUR.


Christmas delivery - Terms & Conditions

All items bought at Rosemunde between December 2nd, 2020 and December 24th, 2020, can be returned until January 8th, 2021. If you want to return, please follow our standard return conditions. Read more about return hereOur last delivery date before Christmas is December 21st, 2020 where the order must be placed before 12.00 PM for delivery in Denmark. The last delivery date for international deliveries is December 18th, 2020.



If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise you of the exact amount, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Local VAT will be applied to all EU destinations

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

Important information

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our busy periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.


Return of buy

If you regret your purchase, you must not only refuse to receive the package. In this case, you must clearly give Rosemunde notice on email info (at) rosemunde.dk that you have decided to regret your purchase. If you do not give notice to Rosemunde, you will be charged a fee corresponding to the price that the carrier takes for the return to Rosemunde's warehouse. When you decide to cancel a purchase, you will be refunded the money for the shipment to your address. However, you have to pay for the return to Rosemunde.

Please note that Rosemunde is not obliged to repay the money to customers before Rosemunde has received the customer's notification of cancellation, even though an uncollected item has been returned to the company.


Delivery to Parcel Shops and Boxes
If your package is for pickup in a parcel shop, you are responsible for getting it picked up. If you do not get the package within the deadline, the package will usually be returned to Rosemunde's warehouse, and you must pay for the shipment which will be charged through your refund for the goods.
